IGC which was originally JR's Professional Finishing is a professional paint coating company located in San Fernando, CA.
The company was bought out and needed a major website and digital identity redesign.
Working with Industry Grade Coatings was super collaborative. They had input all along the design process. Unfortunately, they didn't choose the logo we designed as their brand identity, but they were extremely happy with how the website came out. They were very involved and hands-on, and during the photo shoot at their shop, they helped arrange items to have impactful imagery. All the imagery used in the website was shot at their warehouse.
Industry Grade Coatings has received new clients and paint coatings contracts through its website. Its production in 2024 excelled, and they stated it had to do with the form on its website, which has allowed people to inquire about business.
In 2024, Industry Grade Coatings revenue increased by 18%, and monthly user traffic to the website averaged 700 users. On average, 9 new potential clients inquired them through the online form each month.
